Once you are ready to make an offer and you have filled out the "Make an Offer" form, I will email this same contract to you completely filled out with the information you have provided, then all you'll have to do is sign and email or fax the document to me at 1-888-604-2128 or I will pick them up. This really streamlines and simplifies the process making it fast & convenient for you.
