Big time financial trouble and came to the conclusion it was time to sell my beloved home...but quick!! How do I accomplish such a task? I found the Home Gain website and proceeded to interview agents. Several came to my home and made me feel pressured and gave me unrealistic numbers. Then in walked Marcena. Something was different about this one. Calm, no pressure. Asked if she could have a cup of coffee the way a friend would when they stopped by to chat. She had a way of putting my fears to rest by sitting and talking not only about my house but me and my life. We talked about children and goals and she gave me realistic numbers that I could believe. Simply put...she inspired me. I was hooked. After a furious period of de-cluttering and cleaning she took the most wonderful photos of my beautiful home. They were so nice I printed copies of all of them. We had immediate interest in the home and closed in about 3 weeks.
